Cold Brew
Roast
Tasting notes
Steeped 18 hours, no shortcuts. Smooth, low-acid, and ready to pour over ice straight from the bottle. Ships chilled and drinks like dessert.
Best for: pouring over ice, no equipment required.
From the roaster
Cold brew done right is just patience. We grind our Night Shift base coarse, steep it in cold water for a full 18 hours, then filter it slow and bottle it. No heat, no rushing, no concentrate that tastes like it was made in a hurry.
What you get is a smooth, low-acid, ready-to-drink cold brew with notes of sweet cream, cola, and dark chocolate. Pour it over ice straight from the bottle, cut it with a splash of milk, or drink it black. It ships chilled and keeps in the fridge.
The file
Every bag carries a lot code. Scan it, and this is the file it opens. Plain facts about where the coffee came from and what we paid for it.

Brewed from the same above-the-floor lots in our Night Shift blend.
Pairs well
Our everyday house blend and the one most people start a subscription on. Smooth, sweet, and forgiving however you brew it. The cup you leave the porch light on for.
A bold espresso blend built for milk drinks and late starts. Pulls thick and syrupy, cuts clean through a flat white, and holds its own as a straight shot.
A washed Yirgacheffe that tastes like a sunrise in a cup. Bright, floral, and tea-like. We roast it light to let the farm do the talking.
